By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
GetBizSetup provides web design, SEO services, backlink building, and related technical services (including backups, cloning, migration, and disavow/link-cleanup work) as described on our website. Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project are agreed separately in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.
Pricing for each project or service plan is quoted individually based on scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an upfront deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or upon completion. Late payments may result in paused work until the account is settled.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party assets (stock images, licensed fonts, plugins, or frameworks) which remain subject to their own licenses. GetBizSetup retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBizSetup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services, including loss of revenue, data, or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, subject to the cancellation terms in our Refund & Returns Policy. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
These Terms are governed by applicable local law based on where GetBizSetup is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
