Refund & Returns Policy

1. Deposits

Projects typically begin with an upfront deposit. This deposit covers planning, research, and the initial hours of work, and is non-refundable once work has started, since it reflects time and resources already committed to your project.

2. Web Design Projects

• If you cancel before any design work has started, your deposit is refunded in full minus any third-party costs already incurred (e.g. domain or stock assets purchased on your behalf).
• If you cancel after design or development has started, you will be invoiced for work completed to date; any remaining balance from your deposit is refunded.
• Each package includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Requests beyond that scope are billed separately rather than treated as a "redo."

3. SEO & Backlink Services

SEO and backlink building are ongoing, labor-intensive services rather than one-time deliverables, and results depend partly on factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, competition, your website's starting condition). Because of this:

• Monthly SEO or backlink retainers are billed per month worked and are non-refundable once that month's work has begun.
• You may cancel an ongoing SEO/backlink engagement at any time with 15 days' written notice; you will only be billed for work completed through the notice period.
• We do not offer refunds based on ranking outcomes, since no ethical agency can guarantee specific search positions (see our Disclaimer).

4. Backup, Cloning & Migration Services

Refunds for one-time technical services (backup setup, cloning, or migration) are available if the agreed work has not yet started. Once migration or setup work has begun, charges reflect the portion of work completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@getbizsetup.com with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you're unhappy with a deliverable, please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved through revisions or clarification before a refund request is needed.
